I recently worked with Lee Ann Donaldson at the Nichols Law Group and I would recommend her to anyone needing this type of legal representation. She will aggressively pursue your claim to its fullest, while also treating you with great care and compassion. I honestly hope you never need her services, but if you do, call her right away. My only regret is that I waited a couple of weeks after my vehicle crash before contacting a lawyer. In hindsight I should have called & hired her immediately after. When you are injured and dealing with doctor appointment after appointment, the last thing you want to be doing is talking to any insurance reps. Just hire a professional right away. Lee Ann is the consummate professional in her field.

Beautiful buildings, awesome views

I had five months of sheer ringaround with this guy. In early September he said he'd take my case on contingency. In October he said he was busy with trial. In November he said he'd draft a demand letter to the school district. In December he ignored me completely. I chased him for months trying to get the draft he promised. He failed to respond for weeks, sometimes he didn't respond at all, he failed to meet every one of his own deadlines, and never produced the demand letter or any other work product. His communication was abhorrent. His responses were abysmally slow. I finally gave up on him in late December knowing I wasn't going to get anywhere with him. I stopped communicating with him entirely, stopped trying to get him to produce the demand letter, and sought another course of action. In late January, I receive a demand from him for a $2,500 retainer. I've never had a more bizarre experience or met a lawyer who doesn't lawyer. I filed a complaint with the Oregon Bar Association because I believe he violated several rules of professional conduct. He claims he never took me on contingency and I was never his client. Wait, what? I now see this is a page from his playbook by reading other reviews.

These Guys are AMAZING!!!! I worked with Craig and Lee Ann. They are very professional, kind, and integral. They were on top of everything, from the beginning to the end. Whenever I needed them to explain any part of the process they were there. I felt heard and my opinions mattered. It was a pleasure to work with them. My life has changed because of them and I'm so grateful. They'er a classy, and top notch Team, very hard to beat!!! Believe me, You want these guys on your side.

Don’t bother, he does not communicate, drags the case along and leaves when it gets tough or doesn’t think he can make a quick buck.

These guys are held out on a settlement so long that it become void and then they didn't pay me. Be very carful if you choose to use these guys!
