I highly recommend Lisa Klemp. I worked with her closely for 6 years on my land use/Americans With Disabilities Federal lawsuit, related to my in home business, which we won by setting a land mark precedent in case law in US Federal Court, Eugene, OR. Moreover, Lisa kept the “County Wolves” away from my door during that entire time, preventing them from trying to stop and to interfere with me, and my business, which also included an arson fire and an embezzlement, Sheriff’s investigation, and the permit process for rebuilding, all of which the County made into a nightmare experience for me and my family. My issue was related to an in home business that was operated by a person with multiple disabilities, including blindness. Of all the lawyers that represented me on both the land use side and on the criminal side, Lisa was the only one that stuck with me and believed in me. She made sure that justice was served. I will always be in Lisa’s debt. And as I have worked very hard to rebuild my life and my business since 2012, I have her to thank for making sure I had the opportunity to get back to where I was prior to the County trying to close me down and get me off of my land. Lisa remains my friend to this day and will always be so as long as I live.

Looking back, worst mistake! Highly over charged for divorce and child custody. Crazy amount in legal fees ...I have recently looked over statements and believe I was charged more than once for the same call, they are happy to charge for every little thing. I'd wait to hear from them forever, as soon as Id put in a call to find out what the heck was going on, they'd charge me. Here I am 3 years later need to revisit our judgement to modify but can't even afford to do that. She's not much of a go getter or very personal when it comes to your individual case. I was scared and new to legal advice etc. They run with that I believe. Didnt feel like she was much on my side either. I tell everyone I know careful who you choose to retain and represent you.

Don't waste your money or time here. I have over 40 years legal interactions with attorneys and these guys are the worst. It's no wonder they have a 3.2 rating. Avoid Lonn!!
