Had a consultation in September with Steve Bryant. Asked at the consultation when we should hear back. Steve said roughly 3 weeks. Left our estate planning documents with Steve. Nearing the end of November and still haven’t heard back. Called twice and no calls returned.

Told me what I needed to know. Very helpful

We really enjoyed working with James Keathly. He was very knowledgeable and took care of our wills, POA's, and Advance Directives. Bryant Emerson, LLP had also taken care of our probate. I will use them again, if need be.

We recently hired Lonn T.W. Johnston to represent us in a legal matter. We were NOT disappointed. He told us from the beginning what was to be expected and he wasn’t wrong. I called to inquire about retaining Mr. Bryant as an attorney his scheduler got me down for a specific date and time I just called on that specific date and time they forgot that I had a calendared appointment then they stuttered and had me recall when I had prior engagements at the specific time they wanted me to recall when I recalled I was curious as to why they still wanted to charge me a consultation fee when I had to reschedule my personal time they put me on a five minute hold and then came back and without any explanation told me they did not want to serve me or help me out or answer any of my questions they just reiterated they will not take me on as a client I feel like this is very unprofessional no communication and the lack of effort to try to Retain a client was very poor I have heard also from other attorneys in the Deshutes in Jefferson County area that this guy is very lazy with his work pass on this person
