Men/fathers specifically, be careful! This attorney makes her living off of false hope. She was the opposing attorney in my custody case years ago, and she was an utter joke. My sons dad ended up with LESS visitation time than I was originally offering. We both paid money for court, only for him to get less time with his kid than I was offering him, ponder that!!! She is not always honest with the odds of her clients. This woman wastes good people's time and money, even her own clients, by manipulating, overusing, and draining the courts resources and time. She makes minimal effort for her clients and responds so vaguely, yet manages to waste others time and money so well. Since she defended my sons father years ago, I have watched this woman drag perfectly good mother's through court to defend fathers who have zero leg to stand on against the mother. I'm not saying the fathers were bad or undeserving fathers, but wouldn't you want to be paying an attorney who is going to be honest with your odds in court? Just be careful, if you need a cheapy attorney she's your girl! Or if being in denial, being vindictive, and paying this woman is worth buying your pride some more time, then give her a call, she's definitely the darkness you're looking for!

The first words out of her mouth were “oh so you’re going up against Chris, good luck” Chris is my ex-husband‘s attorney. In addition she claimed the $10,000 retainer fee to be an average fee however after researching other attorneys in the area I found that to be GROSSLY untrue. Do your research when lookin for an attorney in the area. Will not be back or recommend.

Jessica is well educated, respectful, and a great listener. Her advice is always sound, and to the point.

Jessica represented me in my divorce proceedings. I probably would have fared better if I'd represented myself.

I recently obtained Ms. Wingler to do a simple Will & Testimony but wound up with astronomical fees. I was very disappointed & couldn't believe what I was being charged for and the fees that went along. I definitely would not recommend Jessica Wingler to anyone unless you have a nice bank account. I doubt that I will see the balance back that they claim they have and since I received their last statement and I'm afraid to call by telephone because I feel they'll charge for THAT too. Again, I was extremely disappointed and definitely would not recommend Wingler.

I got a divorce and was given sole custody. My ex started taking me back to court to try to change custody and he lost every time for 10 years. My is now almost 18 so there is no point to take me back it court. I was granted permission to move out of state with child which is very rare. Jessica was prepared always communicated with me no matter how many times it silly the questions were. One time my ex was refusing to return mt child from visitation. I had sole custody his time was vist was over. The police were called they try to tell me I need to get an attorney I then call Jessica who talked to the police and let them know it is court order for him to return I got my son back no problem. I would highly recommend her.

I used Jessica for my own custody matter as my attorney and she did a wonderful job. She kept in touch with me, she was clear about why we were doing what and when. So much so, I received my degree as a paralegal and I went to work for her for around 2 years (I only moved on for a better position in the human services field). When reading reviews of an attorney, please bare in mind that this law office provides services for the Oregon State Bar Referral Program and the Modest Means program. Many of the Clients are low income and some have severe mental health issues, substance abuse issues, etc. Some reviews are also from adverse parties and they are just not happy that they didn't prevail against the law office. When you read reviews and you do not see any specifics, it's likely from an adverse party. Please keep this in mind when you see one star reviews. Thanks!
