So disappointing! They said they couldn’t help me due to a conflict. I asked if they could tell me the nature of the conflict, and they said, “I can’t talk to you because of a conflict!!” They then hung up on me without saying another word. It had a Mean Girls “you can’t sit with us” vibe. Very un-fetch.

I was very very disappointed. we had one question pertaining to an interpretation of a law After 2 + weeks from first call and sending documentation of our problem. we finally received an interview call from an attorney who proceeded to not answer our question with a clear and concise answer, in fact we feel he danced around it. we felt very dismissed from the start of the phone call.

The website is confusing, I can't reach anyone I just needed an attorney by the time I was done I was frustrated. If I was filthy rich I wouldn't have to feel like I'm stinking poor so this is what is offered to me.
