David Terry was hired by my boyfriend for a criminal negligent homicide case. My boyfriend was expected to go to jail for 30 days, which was part of the plea deal made with the DA. My boyfriend ended up not having to go to jail at all. David is very intelligent, he knows the court room and law like the back of his hand. He is friendly, out going and very funny.

Eleven months ago, we found ourselves in the middle of an absolute nightmare when our son was falsely accused of a crime that he did not commit; he was the victim.
