Mr. Healy was the only lawyer who was willing to take my difficult case and I’m very glad he did. I was involved in an accident that killed me instantly, but I was revived several times. And I was told not to talk to anybody especially the other insurance company until I had talked to an attorney. I asked around at some businesses that I knew and I asked my chiropractor who he used and he referred Mike at Gatti and Gatti. Mike seemed to know his way around, including the adjuster for the other insurance company and have dealt with her for years. I think my case moved swiftly through the channels and after about a year I got my full settlement which was a lot considering the extent of my injuries and how well I recovered. Every time we talked to Mike he seem to take all of the Fear away and all of the misunderstanding and provided a lot of clarity for me. Especially dealing with his assistant, she knew a lot as well, and understood the process. If you are going to go retain an attorney for an accident you been in, who you have representing you is critical. When the insurance companies hear who you are using,that has a big effect on how much you're going to get. And how easily they can jack you around. I did not enjoy the process, however I did enjoy the process more with Mike and the law firm that I retained. Having clarity and somebody speak for you is pretty critical, and especially in the case of an accident. I really feel that Mike is a heavy hitter and represented me perfectly. I would highly recommend him and his firm to anyone who has been injured.
