Zack is the most understanding person I have met at a law firm. He's respectful and tells you what he can do to help. He tells you the straight up facts and laws pertaining to your case. He works through all the hoops required to make sure you're taken care of in the end. He makes sure you're taken care of first before anyone else in the case. I give Zack and randy 5 stars.

Let me start this off by saying i deal with ADD, ADHD and social disabilities. I scheduled an over the phone appointment, i tried my absolute best to explain my situation and relay the difficulty i have been going through calmly and professionally. Without knowing me at all, he proceeded to call me incessant and rude and complained that i was constantly talking over him. which in-fact i had only done that twice in order to relay a few points about my case while he was rambling on about state law, and random insurance company stuff that had no basis to my case at all. (PHONE CALL WAS 1 MIN AND 30 SECS) He explained in a rude tone that Workers comp lawyers are expected to work for free, he snapped at me and then proceeded to tell me that "I don't feel we would be able to work together" because i had spoken badly about my previous doctor who had led me on for 6 months without any treatment for my injuries. Again without knowing me at all (The phone call was 1 minute and 30 seconds) he then made the wild accusation that i'm unable to be pleased and that nothing he can do can make me happy. The beginning of our conversation started off fine, but in the middle of it he randomly snapped at me and started ridiculing me for the way i have conversations, i cannot help that i have ADD and Social Disabilities this was a very big disappointment to me seeing that i needed help handling my case and hoped that my disabilities wouldn't be an issue. I made it very clear to him that i apologized for speaking over him and that my conversations skills are lacking due to my disabilities. He continued his wild assumptions about me over the phone. After he finished spewing his accusations, i said "Okay, Have a wonderful day thank you for your time". and hung up. So if you have ADD, ADHD or social disabilities please do not come here he has no patience for us. I came to Elmer & Brunot seeking help, and was left with disappointment and grief. :( Mr. Brunot seems to be slightly unhinged and lacking patience. It seems extremely suspicious, and very unlikely that he has 5.0 stars by the way he treats people, and his conduct over the phone.

Mr. Brunot has knowledge galore, and he will represent your case to the fullest. When you are going through the bleakest of times, Mr. Brunot and his team will be there the whole way, answering your questions and concerns. Yes, I would definitely recommend Zachary Brunot!
