It was an emotional decision for me at my age, but I found support, honesty, integrity, and a path for moving forward with less stress. I chose Kevin Rank as my bankruptcy lawyer because he was very straight forward. After interviewing several other lawyers, I found that Kevin was the most trustyworthy. I appreciate his candor. Kevin helped me file a very complicated bankrupcy in 2005 involving a lot of realestate. He was very informative, helpful, professional, and thorough. He knew exactly what the Trustee would be interested in, and what most-likey be over-looked. For example- I had 3 cars 1990 and older. Kevin knew the trustee could not have cared less. He was looking for assets over 5,000 dollars in value. Before I filed bankruptcy with Kevin's help, he provided me the knowledge I needed to make the final decision by discussing all options available to me and their reprocussions. I trust Kevin Rank's knowlege and feel that he has integrity- he had my best interests in mind. I found his knowledge and experience to be very reliable.
