I have worked with Kevin for a number of years on a number of legal issues and he has provided sound, well thought out legal advice that served me very well over the years. Importantly, if Inhad a question or needed legal advice in an area outside of expertise, he provided excellent references to lawyers who could assist. I’ve referred him to multiple family members over the years as well. I highly recommend Kevin.

Kevin K Swanson charged me $14.00 to leave a message less than a minute long. That works out to be $840.00 per hour. No written fee agreement.

Kevin did not prepare for my high conflict family law case. The petitioners attorney spent almost triple the amount of hours preparing for our case. I provided Kevin with all necessary information to help him defend and represent me and he did nothing. The case was just about money for him as he traveled to Portland from Salem for our hearings. He then dropped me THE MINUTE we lost in court, stating that I owed him more money. Unprofessional!!!!

Not only was he very knowledgeable, he kept me informed every step of the way. Other attorneys I have worked with may have been knowledgeable, but wouldn't take the time to share it. Kevin Swanson took the time to explain each part of the process and each paper thoroughly before I signed anything. He really advocated for us! I highly recommend Kevin Swanson not only for child custody issues, but he does so much more.

I do not recommend hiring Kevin Swanson. He did not put any time in to working my case and was just out for money. He's not willing to put in the effort and time needed to win a case.
