I have gone to this firm for many years. Brittany Sumner and her assistant Stephanie have always been extremely helpful and understanding. I always know what to expect (good or bad). I highly recommend this firm! They are quick, efficient and extremely knowledgeable.

I had been looking at setting up a Trust/Will to make sure my family was taken care of, so they wouldn't have to struggle with the various undertakings that may occur during my passing. I researched online options, and it didn't feel clear enough. I contacted various law firms but didn't receive a good feeling from their responses. I discovered Ryan Johnson's practice online and was impressed with his site and the feedback/reviews I read. When I called to make a consultation, the receptionist was very friendly and answered a few questions. My consultation with Ryan was very informative and personable. He not only answered questions that I had, but he was also very thorough and brought up scenarios I had not thought of. He made me feel confident that I was doing the right thing. The right way, for me, and even more importantly, for my family. The process of filling out the paperwork was fairly easy after making a few edits. Mayra was our contact, and she was very helpful and pleasant to work with. When the initial paperwork was ready, we showed up to sign papers and it was quick and simple. I 100% recommend hiring this firm for any family law matters you may have. More specifically Brittany and Stephanie. From the beginning they were super responsive, got me in for a consultation within a couple days of giving them a call and I decided to move forward and get them on my team. Throughout this whole process I was super uneasy, I had a very complex case and Stephanie and Brittany were very open about what my options were and what the best way to approach every situation we encountered. I have never had to hire an attorney or seek advice from an attorney, so this was entirely new to me. At one time I felt like the advice I was being given felt like a bad decision, however I pushed through and followed through with what Brittany said and sure enough she was right! This goes to show that they both truly had my best interest in mind. There was never a time that the steered me wrong. Mai and Brittany are amazing! They handled my difficult custody case so beautifully. They are both honest, calm and extremely knowledgeable which made such a stressful time feel so much easier. AMAZING paralegal from Ms.Sumners office named Stephanie. She was truly an Angel on the day I needed someone to talk to desperately! Stephanie got me in her office right away. She offered me guidiance & help in my child support modification case . I needed someone to tell me the legal language that was used In my modification court that morning. She offered a solution on how to go about getting Judges attention that I was struggling to speak to My ex husbands attorney who was Not and is still Not being professional or cooperative towards me. When I Spoke to Stephanie her expertise surpassed all my expectations and doubts I had about legal professionals here in Salem Oregon. Her willingness to speak to me even through I am not a client (due to my financial hardship) she did not rush me out of her office nor did this wonderful lady Stephanie make me feel pressured about not being able to hire Ms Sumner. She was kind, professional and offered solutions that I could do on my own in family law court. I felt like I was speaking to a friend! Stephanie gave me confidence that I could do the paper work I needed to do for the outcome I wished to achieve for my 3 kids in my child support case. Ms Sumner is truly blessed and lucky to have this wonderful lady named Stephanie on her team! My only down side to this wonderful place is they don't offer a payment plan or pro bono work.
