Michael offered prompt, efficient and compassionate service, as did every member of his team. Everything was explained in detail and in advance. Michael and his assistant, Cindy walked me through every step of the process, making it less stressful. The most stressful part for me was the hearing with the trustee. And even the stress of that was lessened by knowing that he had prepared me very well. And he was present and could answer any questions that the trustee may have had.
