Very pleased with Michael and the quality of service that I received.

I had been contemplating bankruptcy for several years but felt I could handle all the debt sooner or later. When I was served to appear in court, I knew it was time. I received a letter from several firms offering their services but something stuck out with Michael Shurtleff's offer. I researched each office wanting to represent me and I chose Salem Law and Michael. I knew from our first call that I had made the right choice. He made me feel at ease, like talking to an old friend and I immediately knew things would be ok. To say it was challenging is an understatement as we are in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic. His assistant Cindy made sure I had everything I needed to file and was available for any question I had and if it was something I needed to have in my file, she could figure out how to get it!
