I would describe my experience with Salem Law in two words, extreme competence. Michael Shurtleff, is a master of his craft and hand held me through every step. He was always available for questions or clarification and his assistant, Cindy, through a broken leg, processed paper work like a wizard. For those who work to much or have little free time, Mike has a system were most tasks can be done remotely, via the web or email. This made the endless forms, and data collection, process much more tolerable, as i was able to do the tasks on my own time. At every turn he was right on the money and knew what needed to be done. I would highly recommend his services.

I was “served” more accurately my fiancé was given documents on a small claims case brought against me. This was done while I was out of the country on a work assignment. I called the courthouse and was told regardless of fact that I wasn’t physically served, that I would still have meet the filing deadlines even though I wouldn’t be back in the country until they had passed. I’m very stressed at this point not knowing what to do so I setup a phone consultation with Michael. During our consultation it became apparent that the help I needed was a little outside of Michael’s normal line of work. Rather than push me off to someone else Michael helped me through my next steps in resolving my case. This did two things for me; it relived a great deal of stress that allows me to get back to my work, it also showed me that Michael is truly interested in helping people. There was nothing in my situation for him but he helped anyway. I would highly recommend Michael.

Micheal and his assistant were so great and helpful through the whole process. It was quick and easy. Thanks for everything i highly recommend you to any and all.
