He will do whatever he needs to to do help himself. Lets just leave it at that. He will lead you on and tell you what you wan to hear. When it comes down to actually doing what he said he will do it's a different story.

I had the misfortune of hiring this firm in 2020 to handle a VA Disability Appeal. Year after year, till yesterday, they did absolutely nothing. Weren't even sure if any records release went to the '2' facilities I was treated at. Totally not ready for my hearing which they postponed to 'get ready' (hahhahahahahhahaa!) Yeah.. Anyway, they blew it. They performed no work, didn't get records because guess what?? Records don't just muster on station at their office without VALID AND CONTEMPORANEOUS requests, which didn't happen. 3 years of time wasted. They self ejected because they knew they were in way way above their heads and couldn't perform because they didn't even request records. Had I researched them I would never have hired them. IF you want your case to go nowhere, hire these guys! It'll grow MOSS!!!!! note: Just because a person 'served' in a branch of military, does NOT necessarily mean they have your back...or are equipped to do the work. I should have asked what their MOS' were!!!

Mr. Miller was thorough, kind, and understanding. He even appeared in person at the VA review board to please my case. I could not have asked for a better lawyer for my specific case!

He was hired by us to help us in a tenant dispute with our landlord. He gave us straight, honest advice that helped us immensely at a time that we were confused and not sure what our rights were. The best part was he made it very easy for us and contacted our landlord so that we did not have to deal with her at all, as he made everything very simple and honest. I highly recommend Luke Miller!! He truly truly cares about his clients. I hired Luke in the middle of an appeal process with DHS after my last lawyer was inadequate. Luke took no time to act fast, catch up on my case, and put an end to my nightmare battle with DHS. He is easy to get ahold of (which can be a challenge with many lawyers).
