Unreliable and failed to deliver on promises
“He will do whatever he needs to to do help himself. Lets just leave it at that. He will lead you on and tell you what you wan to hear. When it comes down to actually doing what he said he will do it's a different story.”

Lack of competence and preparation
“I had the misfortune of hiring this firm in 2020 to handle a VA Disability Appeal. Year after year, till yesterday, they did absolutely nothing. Weren't even sure if any records release went to the '2' facilities I was treated at. Totally not ready for my hearing which they postponed to 'get ready' (hahhahahahahhahaa!) Yeah.. Anyway, they blew it. They performed no work, didn't get records because guess what?? Records don't just muster on station at their office without VALID AND CONTEMPORANEOUS requests, which didn't happen.”
