Christopher did an amazing job with my divorce and he also was able to make it possible for me to see my son again which I’m forever grateful for. It was a fairly complicated divorce because of the nature of it but Christopher and his paralegals were on top of everything the entire process. I highly recommend him if you want a great attorney.

Chris is brilliant. He’s an accomplished attorney whose reputation precedes him—he’s also a judge. Mr. Casebeer AND staff extremely professional and knowledgeable. I had several instances of emotional hyper paranoid panic attacks second guessing everything or just my understanding of how to fill out paperwork and such… they were not only helpful but so incredibly patient with me when I was in emotional states. Saints! Quickly resolved any issues and start to finish was all over quicker than I could have hoped for.

Mr. Casebeer was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to move my custody case from Washington County to Marion County with ease and work very quickly from there. When the other party failed to file a response he moved immediately to file motions to default and the case was signed and closed within a month. He didn't draw anything out and was very quick and accurate in his filings. Can't recommend him enough.

I thought my divorce would be easy and clear cut. I thought I didn't need a lawyer early on because there was communication between the ex and I. I was wrong and so grateful for Chris and his team! We made the best investment by hiring Chris to navigate a very hostile parenting/custody case with an extremely uncooperative person.
