Did not listen very well during meetings and interrupts frequently. Did not seem focused or prepared for meetings by being familiar with my case. Did not seem to take all info into consideration and look at my case individually. Had a hard time being accurate and consistant in her emails. Struggled with understanding the laws that apply to my situation.
