I would like to give OlsenDaine’s Victoria Parks and Matthew Lind a very overdue Thank You! They helped me with my case from start to finish. They explained everything about my case and the process in a way that I could understand. All the necessary paperwork which had to be involved, they made it simple and easy. They fought for me and got the best settlement for my case, and even when I was surprised by bill from my therapist, they investigated it and took care of that bill so that I wasn’t left with the burden of it! If I ever need a personal claim lawyer again! I’m definitely coming back to the law group! And if you’re looking for one, this is the place!!

I would highly recommend Matthew Lind for a lawyer at OlsenDaines for accident injury claims. I was taking a leap of faith for my son's case with it being close to the statue of limitations after his severe TBI and after affects. My gut told me to take the leap and consult with Matthew and since then i have not been disappointed. I am grateful for him and his team to taking on his case and that there is some light at the end of the tunnel.

Sent in a contact form on their website. No response. Get a canned email (because they now have my email address) saying ‘we can’t help you until you call us’ email. I call saying I sent in a contact for personal injury with no response from them. She transfers me. I give a brief of what my situation is (clearly a medical injury issue) and she says ‘so you want to file bankruptcy?’ Uh no, no where in there did I mention funds. She transfers me to a voicemail. I leave a message. Days with no response. I call back ask if I can have an email, I’ll just send my timeline for the person to read. I get an email address (vparks), send it off, no response. I call back ‘do I have the right email? ‘Yes’. So I send another email ‘hello?’ Nothing. I’m still getting their canned emails saying how they would love to help me if I would just contact them. If this is how they handle client contact I don’t need them handling a case.

This law firm has some of the kindest, most professional and efficient people working within it. They made the process of BK so much less scary for me. They answered every question and never made me feel less in any way. I would recommend them 10/10 if you need a lawyer.
