Incredibly likable and amazing at what he does!

I purchased property in Tillamook County in 2016 that was reported as 10 + acres. All tax records indicated 10 + acres. After 2 years my Co. tax assessment claimed I owned 8 acres. Upon review and checking dimensions that concurred I did in fact own 10+ acres. Upon consulting Zupanic Law a $2500 retainer was required, no problem. I was disappointed that there was no contact with Tillamook County to address my situation by my Attorney and the response I received from Zupanic Law was the land description did not add up. There was no visit to the property or no visit from Zupanic.. never even met the guy, and $1300 later I was SOL.

As a former lawyer, I can appreciate the importance of having sound counsel, especially in esoteric areas of the law. I wouldn't think of embarking on a real estate purchase without engaging counsel. Christian was superb -- incredibly efficient, professional, diligent and thorough. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others and certainly to work with him again.

Christian was very much on my side the entire time. From the moment I asked if I had a lawsuit to the final decision by the judge after trial. He was clear in his communication, warned me of possible pitfalls that could cost me more down the road. I just felt very taken care of and would use him in the future if needed. He negotiated me into a mismanagement settlement with a company that wouldn’t take me seriously. I felt grateful to have the nightmare end and have enough money to put my business back together again. Now I’m in smooth sailing and it’s all because Christian was on my side.

This firm is fantastic professional right to the point fast and efficient

At the very beginning, AJ seemed like a very competent lawyer who seemed to know what she was doing. But after seeing her a few times, it became very clear that she has very little care or empathy, which is surprising considering her background work and how she handles delicate situations with a lot of emotions involved. There were also MANY times where she “supposedly” didn’t get emails from me even though they’re clearly sent and in my thread with her, there were many times where others were expecting correspondence from her and she claimed she sent it but then the person somehow magically never got the document/email... she also charged me for mistakes she made (except for one) and she made a HUGE crucial mistake by misreading my current parenting plan with my child’s father, and giving me the wrong information. He was supposed to get her ONE extra overnight on the first Sunday of every month, and she told me it had changed to every Sunday for every month. So I stupidly believed her and for over a month, my child and I were stressed as hell by the new schedule. There was also much more tension between my child’s father and I because of this, resulting in my needing to contact her more, and him also contacting her, which she charged me for. Upon reading my old plan closer, I discovered she was wrong and when I confronted her about it, she basically blamed me saying “well it’s not my job to look over your parenting plan and keep track of things”... UMMM YEAH IT IS. So I ended up paying an extra $60 total for her mistake. Then, the last month I worked with her, she “supposedly” didn’t get certain emails or calls from me (even though I have proof) and used those and me not paying her fast enough as reasons to drop me 6 weeks before we’re supposed to be done with all of this stuff. WORST lawyer and WORST person I have ever had the mispleasure to work with. She hardly helped me at all, and in fact made things worse a few times. The only thing she helped with was the time consuming paperwork. She is charging way more than she is worth. Do not go to this lawyer, I would not recommend.

We contacted AJ to update our wills. AJ was very helpful and presented us with several options that would be to our benefit. We are very pleased with the service AJ provided. She researched and answered our questions and took care to make sure our wills reflected all of our wishes. We have already recommended AJ to friends and will continue to do so.
