Long story short, after 15 months of made-up (false) noise complaints by my homophobic neighbor I pushed on Principle Property management (PPM) to deal with the issue. In doing so PPM issued a 24 hr eviction notice to me. I sought help and found Mr. Capp. He made time to see me right away. He reviewed the details and gave me clear concise information on how the legal process works in landlord/tenant matters. With that first visit, we made a quick strategy. Mr. Capp continued to provide his counsel and advice with leaving me to make the right decisions for myself. He provided very clear and heart-dropping details on the risks I faced with each stage of the process. He communicated with me on every step that was going on, and I felt well informed about what was going on. I appreciated that Mr. Capp would listen to the thoughts and feelings I was expressing with excited Italian hand gestures. He demonstrated the human side of the law in regards to my fears and anger with understanding and yet with a professional drive to represent this matter to the fullest. Joshua understood trial was costly and risky, even though I was ready to "Dam the Torpedoes" in this matter he sought a reasonable solution out of court (redirecting my anger). While I did not get what I WANTED out of this matter, he helped get me what I needed to be in control of my own destiny.
