Lois Albright has been practicing law for about 40 years and it shows. There are plenty of lawyers out there that will promise you things they can't and don't deliver on leaving you worse off than before. That is where I was when I came to Lois Albright's office. We can't thank Michael Kittell enough. He told us from the beginning that he felt we had a strong case. We went in to his office not knowing if we would have a farm or even a livelihood left. We had a aunt come in and take over the care of my husband grandma while on hospice and keep her heavily medicated and she was very abusive. The aunt changed the trust removing and adding things that she wanted done ( Not what grandma had wanted). The aunt had the trust papers changed to benefit her and her sisters. Removing the family that had ran and lived on the family farm for 45 years. The aunt wanted the money she didn't care what the wishes were of her parents. Michael went to war for us. Our case settled out of court. We got our farm and our livelihood back. We can carry on the farm for our generations to come. Michael is a attorney that showed us that even when our grandma was gone her wishes mattered. He fought not only for us, but for grandma also. He dedicated a lot of his time and resources to give us the best outcome. We plan on doing our trust with Michael Kittell very soon.
