Inconsistent Client Experience
“Lady I spoke w/on the phone was busy in her office talking on her phone w/another potential client...idk..what I do know is that Mr Smith wasn't even there & this lady ignored me while the other guy whom shares this office w/will came in w/3 people & the lady behind the front desk all go into a conference rm to sign papers leaving me out there for damn near 40 mins.”
