If this is the same Marcus Oatman that acted as public defender and represented my son James, I must say that I was very disappointed by the lack of defense he actually presented. Never would I have thought that innocent people would be thrown under the bus to further someone's political career. His presence in the courtroom was a joke. He never made objections or cross examined any witnesses. I will never recommend this man for anything.

Marcus kept me well informed and made sure I understood everything always asked if I had questions he took the time to care about my problems he was friendly and always after talking to him I wasn't as scared about my situation I'm so happy he was my lawyer thank you Marcus
