Inconsistent and rude staff/receptionist behavior
“Receptionist was screaming at me at top of her lungs, screaming I'm not being rude!! She screamed at me and said that she decides whether or not they take my case. When I asked to speak with a supervisor she slams the phone. Terrible service”

“Do not even bother calling this place I was recommended here by my lawyer due to an auto accident that happened in PA, and although I had given all my information and was told my current lawyer that it was an open and shut cause we weren't even able to get an answer if they were going to help us or not.”
