Best lawyer ever! Willing to go above and beyond for his clients and fights to the end!!

Update July 12, 2023: I AM AN ITALIAN CITIZEN NOW! Thank you so, so much, Boh and David! I'm in! :) <3 I am forever grateful to Boh for taking on my case when no one else would. It was an odd ball request for petitions to amend my grandparents' birth, death and marriage certificates to correct the spelling so that I can get Italian dual citizenship. I wanted the backing of a lawyer rather than risking trying to amend myself and get rejected. When I called the Northampton County Bar Association, no one would take on my case to amend the vital records except Mr. Zelechiwsky. I also got to work with his associate, David, who showed equal enthusiasm and interest in my unique case. I am sure that in the eyes of many professional lawyers, my case looked silly or not worth the potential time investment for research and probably not likely to keep margins down and reel in revenue, and therefore was easy to dismiss. It wasn't an ordinary family court issue, and there was skepticism in the beginning if there would be any positive results. But I was happy if he tried, and in the end, the petitions went through. What I appreciated the most was that Boh and David made my case feel important. This has been a long journey, gathering information on my family's genealogy and collecting vital records. Boh and David have become apart of the adventure. And I am grateful for their efforts. Grazie mille!

It has taken years to realize how helpful this firm was. They took my case of age discrimination by a huge corporation without requiring any up front money except normal expenses. They then took on a co-worker’s case with the same complaint for the same agreement. We fought hard and long and didn’t actually win. But they made an impact and some good came of it. I was in shock for years from the devastation that was brought on me and my family by that corporation’s horrible treatment. I’ve been able to get on with my life and thank John and the firm for their help.

Bo Zelechiwsky is the best! He is so damn good! What could and should have taken several hours ended up taking two minutes with him defending me! He made me, my wife and our children a family again and defended us against a bad person.

I was introduced to Bo as a young girl as he was working with my Father, he showed morals and integrity therefore I called upon Bo in my greatest time of need and he was there.
