I have known Ted Kaplun for several years now and I have referred several people to him for cases that he and his team resolved. And then one day I was rear-ended by a drunk driver who gave me the worst whiplash and this happened during the height of covid and this whole situation grinded to a halt. To complicate things even further the driver who hit me died several months later after initial lawsuit was filed, talk about a quagmire.
