Attorney Frisoli Furst (Carolyn) was retained by me after my wife of 19 years left and took along our two sons, ages 16 and 12 at the time, refusing to let me visit with them for almost a month. Carolyn gave me excellent legal advice, and successfully navigated me through the necessary legal twists and turns to obtain limited and then shared legal and physical custody, 50/50 on an interim basis, within 6 months of litigation involving an uncooperative spouse. 9 months later at the end of a protracted custody trial, she had argued successfully enough for my judge to award a final ruling of shared legal and physical custody, 50/50!!!
