I asked a friend that studies law and they recommended Mr. Collins. As I faced serious felonies charges due to allegations from an employee. The day of the charges I was contacted immediately by Mr. Collins and he walked me through each step of the process to make sure I was heading to the right direction. The next day I was in his office. Mr. Collins come up with a plan and acted immediately on the case making sure everything was in top order. Through out the process and the court proceedings I felt that I was in good hands and Mr. Collins made sure my side of the story got out and my truth was heard. Mr. Collins knows the laws very very well and my first case in court was immediately dismissed due to his knowledge of the law. The final out come from me facing felonies charges is now I have a clean record. I highly recommend Mr. Collins as your criminal defense attorney.

I had someone falsely accuse me of serious crimes. Brian worked diligently and was able to get the best possible outcome. I would recommend him to anyone with criminal charges in NEPA.

We retained Mr Collins for a case in which in family court. He went right to work for us immediately and kept us up to date though out the case. Within 3 weeks he had it dropped without us ever having to appear in court. He brought a fast end to a bad situation and we couldn't have hoped for a better outcome.

I am glad to hear that some had a positive experience with this attorney. I sure did not. I paid thid guy 6K in case we went to trial and noticed he did not want to go to trial since he already had my money and was not refundable. He turned his back on me, did not defend me properly and I ended up with the worst sentence possible. I think a public defender would have done better. Perhaps he should stick to DUI clients.

I was facing my second DUI charge due to some rather unfortunate circumstances in a different state from where I live and immediately found Mr. Collins online. Not only is he very approachable and down-to-earth, but he has an extremely astute demeanor that was crucial in the litigation process. Ultimately, he was able to get my case dismissed against the odds after many months of tireless pursuit. Good, good man with an uncanny ability to make his clients feel comfortable even during the most hectic and uncertain times in the legal process.

In 2006 I made haste to catch a flight at our local airport failing to recall that my handgun used for protection was in the bottom of my carry on bag. I was taken into custody and fully cooperated with the questioning by the local authorities and the FBI and did so without legal representation. To cooperate when such an error was made seemed to be the absolute right thing to do but I learned that when you do not have a legal advocate present, even the authorities that were caught up in the situation had difficulties recording what my actual responses were. Was it intentional still remains a question. The point is that it does not matter when you are staring down a felony charge with a penalty of 20 years in prison, a $250,000 fine and the probable loss of licenses I needed to operate my business. I met Brian Collins socially but never thought that I would personally be needing his expertise. I went from the prospect of financial ruin, possible imprisonment, severe fines to all charges dropped . This did not happen immediately as the attorney general stated that "intent" was not a factor in charges being fully carried out. It was a difficult period of several months of negotiations and careful work on my lawyer's part along with having to read my daily argument about my case to him. I was prepared to go to federal court but because of the results that Brian obtained for me, I was able to circumvent those charges which were a minimum of $50,000, have nothing possibly impairing my licenses in the future and to get back to work. I will also give credit to God as well, it's only fair.

Mr. Collins handled a simple case for me a few years back. It was a horrible Cluster, and should have never been hired to defend me. I brought information, that even the presiding judge told me that it would have made a difference, however, Brian just ignored it! Really? This is the great Brian Collins? I am not sure how he got into Wally Worths office, but he is no Wally Worth! I am now living with a Misdemeanor 2nd degree on my record, and have to declare it everywhere I go. During my interview with Mr. Collins, I got the feeling that there was strong tension....like he had known me and did not want to reveal this.....I would not have this man for a lawyer again.

My spouse & I found ourselves in a situation that we never thought we'd be in. We hired Brian to help us in this situation that required the expertise of a lawyer. The person who referred us to Brian said 'he has the perfect mix of being the best lawyer and still has a great 'bedside manner'. They weren't kidding. Brian knows what he's doing. He knows the system, he takes the lead, asks all the right questions, does the necessary research and makes whatever phone calls need to be made. Speaking of phone calls, he was quick to respond to ours. No question we had was stupid. He had a way of making us feel like his sole purpose was in protecting us. His swift actions and caring demeanor made you feel like he has your back! We trusted him completely, felt like we could be 100% honest with him. He had a calming effect on us, again it was the combination of his logical/realistic approach/thought process and his ability to just make you feel at ease. Before meeting him, I guess I just resigned myself to the idea that I wanted the best lawyer, regardless of whether I felt like I could really like/relate to the person. Brian gave us the best of both worlds. He was there for us, supporting us, encouraging us & fighting for us when we were in one of the scariest times of our lives. For the record, he won the case for us, but even if he hadn't, there is nothing he could have done better, and he will forever have my respect and gratitude. I have no critique on what Brian could have done better. We highly recommend Brian to our friends & anyone else.
