Tim was a great representative throughout my whole trial. He was there whenever my family or myself had questions or whenever we had any doubts. This was my first (and last) offense which means I was very lost when figuring out what exactly I had gotten myself into. Tim was very helpful in making me understand exactly what was expected of me in court and when filling out paperwork for my case. With his help I got into ARD, something I really thank him for as I had to go through reconsideration after my case was denied at first. He made sure to keep in contact with everyone who could possibly help me and was very quick at answering and sending me emails regarding updates on my case. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience with him and he made this process feel easier than what I had expected.

Tim definitely deserves a victory lap on this case. I called around and spoke to a dozen lawyers about my case and everyone of them kind of shot me down and discouraged me I never received a speeding ticket in my life in one day I received a speeding ticket wish I knew for sure I was not speeding because I barely do the speed limit. The whole situation about how I received a ticket was very odd a silver F150 sped past me and my truck which is a black Dodge ram and seconds later I’m being pulled over for speeding so I said nothing to the officer just took the ticket and called A dozen or so or Attorneys who all but gave me hope but when I spoke to Tim I felt as if he actually believed me he explained it to me in detail what could possibly happen but when I got to the hearing he had me pull into the parking lot and sat in my truck I was expecting to go in and see the judge about 15 minutes later he came out and we met for the first time he looked at me and said not guilty and I said thank you very much I cannot believe that this happened so fast and without me even going in to see the judge thank you Tim You definitely have a great career ahead of you
