🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩This is the worst company to help clear your credit debt. Please do not sign up with this company. It will be your biggest regret. I signed up with them last year and they took $5000 from me and made one payment of $200 this year to my creditor. They are very incompetent and they need to be closed down. They are out here scamming hard-working people for their money. DO NOT sign up with them. Helbing Law group is a SCAM. SCAM. SCAM. SCAM. SCAM.

This lawfirm is a scam I have been paying them for 29 months that have have taken 85% of my payments and keep it I am at the end of of my contract and there will not not be enough to pay off last two creditor's. In over 2 1/2 years they have called me 3 times. All I get is a run around when I ask what they have done with all my money. Today I have called them in different states and they have hung up on me 9 times, take your money and run this is a scam.

This is the worst experience I have ever had. I joined and had a plan in place. I paid on time every month for 16th month totaling about 3700 dollars. I have never received an update only when they want there payment. Today I finally called and canceled and they said they could only give me 900 dollars back. The 2800 went all to them (lawyer fees and bunch of nonsense never spoke to a lawyer once) nothing to help reduce my debt. Absolute joke this place is there not helping anyone do not use them. Way better programs out there that aren’t gonna to take your hard earned money. Someone needs to hire a lawyer and bring this place to court

Well like everyone else they have promised to handle these payments and aim to help with debt. Sounds like a life saver and they tell you to make sure they stay in contact with them and make sure if anything changes they know. Well that sounds great but if you want me to make sure im telling you whats going on i would love to have the favor returned. They tell you they will call you back, never happens, they send emails and call the number, Voice mail everytime and if you leave any info they never call back. if you call multiple people its a different answer everytime and no body has any idea what you talked about even thought they Include notes on your account so either it doesn't work or they cant read what the last person told you. Next issues is payments at first its something low to help which makes sense then its settlement this and agree to that and before you know its more then what you where paying with the debt but that's ok cause they have all these people helping you right? never calling you back or getting info back to one another. so they expect you to make double what you started paying and give you "offers" that are the best. Honestly if i was gonna pay more then when i started i don't think I would go threw you. What a thought and its crazy but as long as you get my money i never hear from you but if i ever was to miss a payment they would call everyday. What a company. I cant tell anyone to use them to remove debt. the headache and lack of answers when it involves your life and money isnt worth it and since i can't see anyone going threw a hard time and trying to move up in the world use them. FYI your credit does get screwed from missing payments but i didn't know it would end up in collection and the court summons are correct as well. They are just lovely add-ons from such a great place

This program was horrible. very unprofessional. Anytime I called to ask about my running balance nobody ever had answers for me. I was told after 4 payments. 60% of my payment would go to them for their fee, and 40% towards my accounts. They took 6 full payments from me then tried to say there was a program fee, which was nowhere in my contract. There was an additional 3.13 taken out every time there was a draft, nobody could tell me what this was for and it was nowhere in the contract. I left several messages for supervisors and nobody ever called me back. I put in over 2k and my balance was only 300$. Anytime I questioned anything, I could never get an accurate response. 6 months on the program and not once did they reach out to any of my creditors or me. And I lost out on all the money except for the 300$. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Horrible company. When they got me into this they told me 2 years and my debt would be paid off. Then they called and told me it would be another year. Gave me a break out of payments with 4/15/2022 being the last day. Now they call me and tell me I still owe 2 more payments and they are high then I was paying. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY LIE.
