I'm currently going thru my situation with Helbing Law. They're very patient & understanding and helpful because I couldn't do this on my own.

I'm having the same problem as everyone who has been complaining. They are now asking for more money to close my case. Almost $4000. more. Never again. HLG just put me into deeper debt.

terrible company will take most of the money in legal fees and admin fees and then leave you with the same debt. I regret to have trusted this company.

I paid this "Law Firm" a large sum of money to negotiate my debt down. Now, 4 years later 3 of the 5 debts they "Negotiated" for me are back on my credit report unresolved and my credit rating is 100 points lower than it was before hiring them. STAY AWAY from these people.

This is a scam. They will take your money and not pay anyone off!

They working with my two credit cards debts, and taking money from my account every month for 3-4 month, but nothing change, my creditors kept calling me for payment and charging me for late payments every month, i'm very very frustrated because they never answer call or respond voice mails, I am very confused wright now!

I paid into a debt collection fund a total of $10,000 over 24 months. Of this, they were supposed to retain $7221 toward resolution of my debt. They DID NOTHING to resolve the debt, and when i asked for a refund, I got $4,700. They actually took out $5,300 for themselves, a lot of double-dipping (i got charged for "legal representation" and "legal fees", separately). Here's my suggestion: i wish i would have called my creditor directly, this could have been resolved at much less expense. My creditor got nothing, i had to file for bankruptcy, and Helbing Law got $5,000. Stay clear of these people, there is no upside!

I love how they work with me and my creditor. This company has an excellent service. I highly comment them for their services. Every time I have had to reach out to them for help me with my creditor.

Julian was my customer service person who help me with a critical concern today, March 29, 2022. He assisted me with contacting the appropriate department to make a correction to my name from AROODA Morgan to Arcola Morgan, and my address shown on my Experian credit summary from 102 NE 2nd St 251, Boca Raton, FL 33432 to my corrected address 1235 Mescal Street, Seaside, CA 93955-5616. Julian was very patient and professional in researching this problem, and therefore, promises to continue following up with this problem and contact me later with updated information relate his findings.
