I have been working with Helbing Law Group for 4 years now and have only gotten one of my credit accounts settled. I have been summoned twice.. One by American Express and another by Citibank... Previously, they were good answering calls, but now there are long wait times when calling for assistance. I'm currently considering the bankruptcy route (something I should have considered from the beginning. I'd be done with my bankruptcy now.) They promised I wouldn't get any court summons. My parents have been getting harassed and I haven't lived there for years. If creditors can't get in touch with you, they go up the family tree. Had this company followed through with their promises, I'd recommend, but as of now, I wouldn't recommend this company to someone I hated. Don't fall in this company's trap. I believe they are working more for the creditors than their prospective clients.

Robert has been very helpful to me. I Called many times & been in hold abs did a call back because I had to put a hold on my payment. . Someone from Helbing would call just to return my call but hang up. They would never call Aback even after 4 days until my account had been screwed up. Today, the same thing. I finally waited online & Robert answered and helped me. He even gave me his email and direct line in case I needed help. He’s my guardian angel today. He’s very pleasant and helpful.

I won't recommend this company to anyone. I made payments for three years and completed my payment installment. Still my accounts with creditors still not taking care of. They don't answer calls or neither call back. But will always call for payments reminder. Stay away from this company as far as you can. My next step is to take legal actions with them. Because they did not deliver on the agreement.

Robert, Pushed me into writing a review while on phone with him. I have paid into this and am close to being done. Called to get a payoff.... over 3x's what my contract says I owe them. If anyone else has this problem CFPB is a company to help in situations like this.

My experience with Robert was one of the best ever. We went over certain details that was not previously explained regarding my account! All my concerns were addressed very professionally. It was a great experience! This is a horrible company although my experience with the one rep was the only good experience I had. Never do business with this company.

Robert was informative. But I’ve finished the program but I had one garnishment, and I still owe more on other creditors. For some reason I feel as if I ended up paying more and will end up paying more than I owe. Service fee wasn’t cheap, and owing more than what they said I might owe, made this program longer. They might have your back in court but most of the debts didn’t go as according to plan.
