No he tenido buena experiencia con esta compañía, tengo desde el 2019 y aún no han negociado con la mayoría de mis tarjetas, cuando creo que voy a terminar con el dinero acordado dicen que tengo que pagar aún de lo acordado. Muy difícil para comunicarme con ellos después de haber pagado una gran cantidad de dinero. No lo recomiendo.

If I could give them 0 stars I would but is not a choice. This firm is horrendous, I wish I had read the reviews before I went with them. I agreed with all the negative reviews; they prey on vulnerable people who are is desperate need of help to rectify their financial mistakes. I don’t even know where to begin, they are so awful they bring chills to my bones. I have been paying about $323 per month to settle one credit card and one small loan. I am yet to see any results and I’ve been with them since September 2019 which make about $8,721 payment to them. This is insanity. Every time I tried to call them, they either don’t pick-up the phone, or you get someone rude or completely ignorant to what to do. They never respond to messages or emails. This week I received a letter from a different law firm stating they want to settle my credit card debt with them. I was in shock; this whole time I was informed by this awful firm that the debt had already been settle. The firm representing my credit card company offer a settlement of $7,164 from a debt of $11,941 which equals to $4,777 of supposed forgiveness amount. Yet the company has collected about $8721 from me without paying a settlement offer of $7,164. I am yet to hear any news about any settlement with the small business loan. In December I lost my job complicating matters. I’ve been trying to call the company and sent emails to rectify my payment; but I was never able to get someone on the phone, get a return call or answers to my emails. But I did receive many emails from them stating to contact them before I lose coverage. I wonder, coverage from what? They haven’t done anything. Today I finally spoke to someone name Robert who was rude and clueless. I have Covid as I write this; therefore, I am feeling miserable so, I didn’t need the awful customer service I received from Robert. FYI, I still did not received help or had my questions answered. All I have to say is beware of this firm; they feel like scammers to me. I wish I would have done all myself and settle with the companies on my own. They have robbed me of money, giving me endless headaches, and tears. I hope someone one day teaches them a hard lesson through the legal system. I hope my review helps someone.

So far my creditors still call and email DAILY. I can never get a response via emails or calling. A bit ridiculous
