I was agreed with them to pay them for 30 months and told me they gonna pay the credit company’s but after I finished my payment they only paid one credit then they reported the rest as bad debt on my credit history,so please anyone don’t trust this company they will damage your credit history they are nonsense,unfair,and I think they stablished to destroy people’s history.

I had an account with this company back in 2019-2021. At that time I was very pleased with them as it appeared they resolved all my debts, so I had no outstanding debt left unpaid. I did ask for proof of all resolved debt, of which I didn’t receive, but thought they are lawyers, no collectors are calling, it must be ok. So I let it go until last year when I received a demand letter and called Hebling about it. I never heard from them again. However, today I received the second demand letter came from another debt, some four years after they supposedly resolved my debts with faithful payments of more than two years. I’ve attempted to sign in to my account but it says no account exists. So I’ve called again today about this issue, but kept getting hung up on or transferred to a voicemail saying, ”the person with this line is unavailable” (I clicked to speak with a customer service again of which is “available” 24/7, so how can they be out of office?). I’ve called now 5 times attempting to resolve this without success. I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to go to this company.

Wouldn’t recommend. Received 10k a new one 2 years and only paid off 2k in debt so basically my sales loan was paid ands the big ones remain.

⚠️ ...WARNING ...⚠️ ⚠️ ...WARNING... ⚠️ ⚠️ ...WARNING... ⚠️ 5 Years later and over $40,000 later, still have open accounts that have yet to be settled, and after paying over 1k monthly over 3 years, I'm still paying more money (extra) because I was under the impression that would be final. I started paying an additional 115 monthly now for about 5 months, still have a few more payments and these people have the odosity to call me last week to tell me that I need to add additional money on top of the already extra that I'm paying to settle another account...I refused to say yes again into falling for this game and paying any new additional extra money /and will now have to finish paying the additional because I signed to what I'm now additionall6 paying for trusting them. Also came to find out they have let so much interest incur after I thought they had closed my accounts. Some accounts that I owed doubled just in the interest, and also lots of other accounts settled no where near 40%. Don't Be FOOLED! . If I knew this earlier, I would have been better off just contacting the credit card companies and work out a payment plan to settle my accounts. Even better off filing for bankruptcy which is what i was trying to avoid in the first place. I would have saved much more money and time and avoided this frustration and big headaches than dealing with this firm..😩 5years/40k dollars later and still a nightmare... My money and my time both have been played with and I think opening a lawsuit moving forward will be my next and only option since I still have open accounts and have paid all the money I was told to pay and Even extra on top of that for this 3 year program. Summary: 3 year program is a lie (5 years later and still don't see an end) Total Balance they tell you to pay for the term is a lie (Paid complete balance and still paying extra) Don't fall trap or victim into this.. I wish I didnt..!! You have been ⚠️ WARNED!

They are scammers, they wont help you at all, they will wait for the creditors to increase and they will ask you for more money they never gonna pay off ur debt at 40% thats is not true they are big time scammers

Hace más de un año que termine de pagarles y siempre que llamo no contestan o dejan en espera y no me ha resuelto mis casos y he pedido mi dinero que me lo devuelvan y no contestan

You all just wanted money from poor people, I'm so disappointed, I never heard a lawyer who doesn't want to take a call from his client who's paying him more than 2 years now when i stop my payments, you're telling me now i lost all the money I payed to equity...you better call equity to send my money back because I worked hard to get my money, it's my blood but if you refuse my God will ask you all.

Very heartbreaking , right now my accounts r zero . I payed so much cash every month since April 2021 , my accounts should never be garnished . U don’t get what u sign up for . Shameful , No help to poor people …

update to my recent review. Thank you Kenisha for the help! She called, asked, answered, listens to you and tries her best to help you. I think if they hired more of her" this firm will lead to a great start.
