Cannot contact will not answer not sure if a scammer

I started their program 2018 and paid up mid 2019 when they said I will be debt free within 1 year I did my part and paid every month almost 4k and I'm still here 3 years later and I'm still not debt free and no one seems to care but after speaking to BIANA she took a hour to explain me what's going on and hopefully will be resolved within the week

This company is a scam, and I subscribe with them to , and I waited for a year 3 months, and they just took the money from me and did not do anything. This company is a scam, and I subscribe to them in the form of the Kurdish people, and they did not do anything, and I decided to participate with them. They took all the money $5,720 and returned me only $600. Please do not subscribe with them, because they are a thorn in the people.

I absolutely love Maxwel and his team I had already started my program and he was able add more company with no problem. I will absolutely recommend him and this company for anything. They are truly so very helpful. I am grateful for them 💕

This place is a scam and I want my full refund and to cancel all services!! I’ve been trying to reach out and it’s dang near impossible to reach out! When on the website and it’s faulty verification won’t let me send the message highly disappointed

This is an update to my previous review.. Thanks to Kanesha and Edgar, Helbing still has a customer in me. The reps spoken to during initial entrance for the program need to undergo some additional training so that they able to thoroughly explain the program to their customers. Tue superiors of Kanesha as well as Edgar should provide extra incentives for their excellent customer service and explanation of the program. Without employees like them to empathize and explain,, people like me would give up on the program. Kudos to Kanesga and Edgar!!!!!!! SMH 11/16/2021 UPDATE This is my third month with Helbing and I have yet to see anything done to assist. My credit score was average but when Helbing advised me not to pay my creditors my score has dropped tremendously. When I called and spoke with rep explaining I needed some feedback because I have been trying to pay my creditors and Helbing too which is ridiculous. The rep stated I've only been with them for 2 months and need to allow time. I'm going to cancel and attempt to work with my creditors alone. Very disappointing. SMH
