I spoke with Danielle this morning regarding my account and she was extremely helpful and sweet! She gave me information regarding my account and settlements in the pipeline and made me feel even better about what's to come! Ive only been enrolled in the program a few months and they have already made great strides in getting my accounts settled! Thank you Helbing and Danielle for your dedication and customer service!!

It’s a slow process but they knocking them down little by little with the settlements. Hopefully all my accounts will he paid off soon. Great job so far .....

I recently posted a review about my experience with Helbing Law Firm and I have to admit that my review came from a place of frustration. I based my expectations on the initial communication I had with one of their agents. Even though I felt that the details of their process were not adequately explained, it’s ultimately up to the client to ask questions and READ the contract. It’s not that there was any trickery in the contract. It was just based on the information I was given up front. I expected the process to be much quicker and not as painful to my credit score. After posting my review, I received a call from one of their representatives named Nicole C. She wanted to know what my frustrations were and what my expectations of the process were. She offered solutions to the problems and asked if we could talk in a week or so after thinking about everything. Sure enough, Nicole C. called me back as promised. She patiently listened to me and shared tons of information that I had not before received from previous representatives. She could sense my frustration and understood the situation I was in. She told me that ultimately Helbing Law Firm’s priority was that their clients were 100% satisfied with their service. I have to admit, they stood by that and I’m completely satisfied with the outcome. Thanks to Nicole C., who was an angel that I had a hard time being upset with. These programs aren’t perfect for everyone, but had I been in a different situation, Helbing Law Firm might have been perfect for me.
