Wish I could do no starts at all, worst law group ever. Customer service can't be worst than what it is. My account is been same for 6 months now, no settlements at all and I decided to put a stop payment at my bank to get their attention. And now they call me every single day but of course they don't know anything about my account other than is later on payments. Do yourself a favor and don't go with these people.

I have been working with this company for over a year and a half and I think it's the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I have called for months to get my negotiator on the phone and only one time have I been able to talk to someone who can actually help and that's because I insisted on talking to a supervisor. I would NOT RECOMMEND working with this company and will never ever work with them again.
