Attorney Jancula got this matter settled for me. I was denied for a claim within 24 hours of it being submitted. It was implied that I had lied about when my injury occurred. I took great offense to the implication. He explained that there would never be an apology and worked with me to get it settled in my best interest. I have never had a need for a workman's comp attorney and I could not have found anyone better. He explained what would happen as it went all, putting my mind at ease.

Not impressed. Had to be told 3 times he had the wrong death date. Twice by email once in person. Scheduled the only appointment he could meet with me than at the last minute told me we could reschedule but it was really important to met with me because he would be meeting with my brothers. I could just meet with his assistant and sign the papers. Will never use this law office again.
