Pros

3
Effective guidance and resources for self-representation
“Mid Penn legals resources guided me how to represent my self and that I did.”
Cons
1
Inconsistent ability to provide representation
“Every time I call them... typically during times of turmoil and tragedy...they either "don't do that" or don't have the applicable program(s) in my county.”
2
Inadequate legal defense and support
“Susan, who was assigned to my case, did NOTHING to defend me. Lied that she would take on an appeal. Let the judge mock mental health and autism. Ended up losing my kid because my "legal representation " didnt defend a THING.”
3
Unprofessional conduct and lack of communication
“Diana Ingersoll went against everything talking to the other party without our permission or acknowledgement of her doing this, refuse to give us half of the info we need, she has lied to us, took her over a month to mail us the order, she refused to work with us and what we needed but she made sure the other party got what they needed. She was very rude to us and my wife's children.”
