I normally don’t write bad reviews but my experience was beyond horrific. Extremely rude and talks down to people. This attorney thinks she is above everyone. Takes your money and you never hear from her. It’s difficult losing a family member and she has no remorse. Cold, callous, extremely rude and highly unprofessional best I normally describes this attorney. Definitely consider another attorney.

Jessica gave appropriate and needed Information for my requirements. She recommended other resources that were also helpful. Her work was very efficient. She was very pleasant and accommodating.

She cut me off before I could render a proper greeting in a return call to her. Her tone and language was unnecessarily combative, and my mother and I will never use this attorney. She had no respect for my 81 year old mother or me, a 20 year Marine Corps disabled veteran.
