Even know this law office is not representing me. They are helping my spouse. I have to say that there the kindest, nicest bunch of lawyers around and a 100 out of a 100 I'll send someone there way. Ty for helping me when I have questions you all are the best.

Brought here as a referral from the Lackawanna Bar, I am beyond happy and grateful for my time and the outcome of my experience dealing with this firm. Stephanie dealt with my situation extremely well and in a clear-to-see, experienced manner. She paid attention to every detail brought to her and did her research throughout our time together. She reviewed the facts and evidence we had multiple times to make sure her understanding was clear and ready for anything. During the hearing, she was perfect and even got the results we were hoping for. Would not and could not recommend anyone more than I do for matters that this firm handles.

If there was an option to put 0 stars, I would’ve. This gentlemen Joe, from this business sent me a letting in the mail 4 1/2 months ago threatening to sue me and that if I didn’t have the $3k+ that he was asking for within 30 days, that he will be following through with suing me. I have called both him and his office over a hand full of times and have received no call or answer back, I have also emailed him which I also have proof of, and no email or voice mail, and it has now been 4 1/2 months! I reached out again finally and he was very unprofessional, which I was already told that by another lawyer who I seemed information from. I would not recommend anyone do business with him, he was very rude and quite sarcastic for the field that he is in. I was just calling asking questions regarding the initial letter he sent months ago and the threat, and he said that basically the landlord just paid him to send the letter and that he couldn’t help me if I have already seemed legal representation. Absolutely horrible service and business!

Absolutely wonderful lawyer

Don't be discouraged if you need to go through a few lawyers before you find a good one in Lackawanna County. This is one of those bad ones, and you might as well get a Public defender before trusting this law office.

Joe and his team at are some of the most amazing people I have ever met, and I am grateful every single day for all Toz Law has done for me. I was at one of the lowest points in my life, dealing with the loss of a loved one, a complex estate beyond my comprehension, and the fear that I would lose any security and safety I had, and Joe took the time to listen to me as a human and empathize with my struggles.
