This guy is a tough and genuine caring person a pistol in the court room

My father had utilized his (Joseph Toogood) services year's ago as had I when going through a ruff time in my early 20s. This is why when I was told to contact a lawyer I immediately turned to him. Not only did he flat out lie to me regarding the law and how it fit my situation but he spoke to me as though I was an uneducated person who might as well be living in a constant state of delirium. I was obviously offended by the lack of care but the bigger issue here was the blatant lies regarding the law and how it fit into my scenario. It took no more than a basic Google search to see that every statement he made to me was false regarding this issue and to top it off shortly after he turned off our conversation I received a call on my work number from the company in question apologizing to me and stating in a very straightforward manner that they were wrong and not only was it against their store policy but also against the law what had happened to me. Needless to say I gave in and accepted there vouchers and coupons and abundance of apologies. What I was actually looking for was more in the lines of a public apology which seems, as of late, an abundantly common and almost unfathomably simple win for the type of case I was questioning him about.
