He was excellent in advocating for my son and his rights and I really appreciated all of his help and support and getting my son what he was entitled to receive.

After getting run around by our school district for upwards of two years, we contacted Dan for assistance. His knowledge of the law and ability to listen and provide real-time feedback gave us an immediate sense of confidence that we had chosen the right path to get our son what he so badly needed. We would recommend Dan and his firm to anyone who is have trouble getting their child the services that they need!

I have 2 children in which I was referred to this office by a friend from my church. My son suffers from migraines and the school was denying a 504 plan, refusing to accept dr notes, and refused to work with us in this matter, and my son though he missed 21 days (due to migraines) of a 180 day school year still managed honor roll and NJHS among other things. Daniel Cooper stood by us guiding us along the way and we ended up with a 504 and an apology from the school. My daughter started kindergarten with an IEP from early intervention (Elwyn). School told me that she did not qualify and they would not follow the current due to her not being 2 years behind academically. My response was "Why do we want her to fall further behind when we can stop that now and catch her up?" I contacted Daniel Cooper for advice. He agreed with my statement and that was the push, he took on her case and after almost 2 years of back and forth, independent eval's and testing, and round table discussions, we took them to court, the day of court I received a phone call stating we were not going, the district (The Speed. Liaison that took over ) agreed we had a good argument and agreed that my daughter needed what we were pushing for. Daniel took my children and treated them as he would his own and he didn't even know them. He fought for them, and got what they deserved! He is a great attorney, very knowledgeable, and straight forward. I would highly recommend him!

My son has autism, I was referred to this office by his wrap around service. I explained in great detail my concerns if my son was going to remain in district. They agreed to help me. Once the district got the letter from Mr Coopers office the district didn’t want to proceed just released my son to the school of my choice!! It was like a big weight was lifted!! Judith was amazing every step of the way. Answered all my questions and was very through! Would definitely recommend!!

Dan Cooper is an amazing attorney and I would recommend him to anyone that asked. He helped me with some school situations with my daughter and was very successful in getting us what we needed. I WANT TO THANK JUDY AND THE TEAM SO SO VERY MUCH!!!!!!!!!!! They were a God send in getting over a ginormous hurdle and a ongoing battle, that went on years (way too long) with my child's school. Daniel is amazing. Just when I thought that seeking justice against a school district and advocating for my child's needs was hopeless I contacted Dan. From the beginning, Dan was professional, responsive and available to speak whenever I needed. He has so much experience with special education. I felt very secure with him and trusted him entirely. I would not have been able to get the outcome that I did, and my child would not have been able to get the resources that he needed without Daniel. I will be forever grateful for his services.
