Dan Cooper started working with us last year after 4-5 yrs of the district dragging feet, writing up useless 504 plans that were rarely followed or communicated to teachers. When we mentioned the 504 most teachers had no clue. Dan stepped in, informed us of what was needed and was the advocate we needed. He held the district accountable and kept us in the loop the whole time. We now have a solid IEP, communication with all levels at the district, and access to outside resources to make up for several years of wasted time. Dan is efficient, knowledgeable and very communicative and has the knowledge the average parent just doesn’t possess. A great advocate- we highly recommend Dan and his practice.

I recently worked with Dan Cooper in regards to getting the school district to reevaluate my child’s iep after his needs were still not met from our first settlement. I had a great experience. Dan not only was able to help me in that regards but provided me with resources for my child such as tutoring, educational consultants, etc. I would recommend him and his team to anyone having issues with a special needs child not having their educational needs met by their school.

Daniel Cooper went above and beyond to fight for our son to get the learning he deserves. He guided us smoothly through the whole process and made sure our son was placed where he needed to be to accommodate him in his growth and learning.
