Daniel was very helpful for my son and I. He always stayed in contact with all updates and answered all questions I had. He was very professional at all times! I would definitely recommend him to everyone!!

I have worked with many lawyers for multiple reasons but none was as accessible or attentive as Dan Cooper. He was very knowledgeable and effective. He was great to work with and I was happy with all the services he provided.

Had the pleasure of having Mr. Cooper as my daughters and I attorney. The school she attended were not adhering to any legal documentation and pretty much could careless. My daughters had went from being an honor roll student to where she was failing just about everything. And though while the school continued too bully my child by playing with my daughters school work and sinking her self-esteem lower Mr. Cooper saw all the flaws of her IEP and realized that IEP was not setup for Ajanna. Overall he did his job and I thank him immensely and if I’d needed another school lawyer I would call him first. The 4 stars was because everything was rushed like if he sent you a document he needed it back right then. Never allowing you to read it in a timely manner nor if i wanted someone that I’m affiliated with an who’s expertise is dealing with mentally gifted and Specializes in special education. But again Dan did a fantastic job and I most definitely would recommend and as well use him again if I need him. I would like to add that because Dan even prepared me for stating her case without getting emotional when speaking up, an what if any changes had the district implemented for the future, which is now after he represented me, I got to get them to add an additional year and transportation. She loves school again and participates in whatever she wants to in the district after school, so I’m changing those 4 stars to 5!
