Erica Wilson resolved not just one-but two lawsuits for me successfully. The first one had languished for well over two years before I got Erica involved. She was determined to get me a fast result once she had the case. And she did-within just 3 weeks! She was kind and compassionate and got up to speed on the case quickly. This was a nursing home case which are notoriously hard to resolve. I was very pleased with the award and all I had to do was a one hour phone call with her to review what had already been done (which wasn't much!) The second case was a personal injury case that wasn't as strong as I had hoped. Despite this and covid shutting all the courts down, she was able to successfully resolve this case by using an arbitrator. She's the best! And as a bonus, she is also a delight to converse with!

I called the office the assistant is a nasty person, she hung up the phone and then she started placing me on hold cause I called out her unprofessionalism. She also told me that I can find another lawyer. I just want to the attorney to know what sort of representation they have in the office and how that is giving a bad name to the law firm.
