Hi everyone. I have neighbors ive been arguing with for the past 4 years...well recently my neighbors called the cops on me as i was out in my yard trying to enjoy the day, and my neighbors tried to get me in alot of trouble. Such a great experience! It’s like this.. if you have a traffic issue and you need help this is the attorney! I called the evening before my hearing after having second thoughts about going into court by myself. The day of my hearing I received a phone call from this law firm and they were able to represent me . It was 8:35 am and my hearing was at 9:00am. attorney Benyo was right there and got both of my charges completely dismissed!! Very affordable. Overall great experience. Surely this was just another DUI case for him but I am very unfamiliar with basic law as I typically stay out of trouble. Mr. Benyo and his office helped me through every step and achieved the best possible outcome. It also seems like he has good rapport with those he encounters at the courthouse. This was the best experience I could have hoped for. Going in they did everything to explain my case, and what I was facing. He gave very clear and understandable explanations for things all the way through the process. They were easy to get a hold of and took a lot of pressure off of me made sure I was up to day with all my forms and paper work and in the end got me a lot smaller of a sentence than I was expecting.
