May not always respond promptly to client communications
“I should have done this review a year and a half ago. I retained Atty. Santicola for my husband. He treated us with upmost respect, never once judging my husband or myself. He was always very professional, my husband could have spent his life in prison but due to Atty. Santicola , he should be home in one and one half years from now. He is fair, he will fight for you and do his best for you. I see complaints that he doesn't always call back, he always called us back, maybe not fast but he is working and doing his job, not sitting at a desk waiting on the phone to ring.”

Can be difficult to reach at times
“Had a consultation on the phone. Said will look into what we were asking about and get back to us. That was March 12th and I have not heard back.”
