Poor service. Spoke with Barb and she was giving answers that didn't make sense, like she wasn't even truly listening at all. Then she referred to me a service that wasn't even in the right county.

Called a bunch of times couldn't get a person to answer. They are not accepting phone applications but I'm o in another state until court. Unhelpful!

They 'helped' me get my pfa. Pfa was violated, police were notified and didn't do anything. I called this place to ask what I'm supposed to do. I literally have no clue what I'm doing. They have never called me back. And I spoke to someone there and was told I'd get a call back later that day. That was almost 2 weeks ago. Literally what is the point in a pfa.
